Heartwise Media, Inc. sells downloadable digital guides, workbooks, and educational resources. No physical products are shipped.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital files have been delivered.

However, we will review refund requests involving duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, defective files, or digital products that cannot be accessed due to a problem on our end.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery or download issues, including providing replacement access when appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
